A good till, better.
Goodtill was born when its founder noticed that the point-of-sale environment wasn’t as helpful or intuitive as it should be.
As a developer, he thought he should do something about it. He developed an ePOS platform to meet the needs of today's demanding retail and hospitality industries.
From their earliest days, software was developed together with early-stage customers. They would spend time with customers during the day and work on the app in the evening. Right from the beginning, their development work was driven by the user experience.
Working closely with the founder of Goodtill to refine and evolve their brand and key messaging, we later explored the direction of their new online presence and backend dashboard system.
The dashboard allows the user to view important information at a glance, such as the number of each product that had been sold that day, week, or month, total covers, average spend and how that compares with the same period last year.
